Tony B£iar has been reported as making millions of dollars out of the dictators and goons who run Kuwait. The Kuwait's not surprisingly wanted to keep the deal secret.
London Muslim has previously explained why I call Kuwait's rulers "shit artists" as distinct from "Piss artists" and can't wait until true Muslims rather than western puppets finally rule Muslims lands like Kuwait.
