London Muslim is delighted that Ricky Tomlinson aka Jim Royle in the BBC sitcom The Royle Family is set to challenge Luciana Berger the Director of Labour Friends of Israel because he is "incensed" Berger has been "parachuted" into Liverpool Wavertree from London.
This announcement is almost certain to have huge implications following the controversial and dubious selection of Berger. Moreover, in view of Ricky's celebrity status the murky circumstances surrounding how Berger was selected in the first place may finally be given some coverage by the cowardly mainstream broadcasters who continue to fear the power and influence of LFI and ignore this story.
Sadly the Murdoch empire and other Comics like the Excrement will begin their character assassination of Ricky as a left wing firebrand and perhaps the beauty and the Beast nonsense. However, while that works within the Westminster village and also plays to the disgusted of Tunbridge Wells grey market, Liverpudlians are astute enough to realise who ultimately will fight for the interests of Liverpool, a born and bred scouser or Berger a Londoner and one of the countries leading cheerleaders for Israel.

'Beauty and the Beast'? I do not think Luciana Berger with her dollop-like nose comes anywhere near the description of a beauty. Unless they mean it the other way round of course. Let us challenge the nomination from inside the Labour party too and not give ammunition to our enemies...

ReplyDeleteIf the labour friends of israel want their man (or women) in parliment, then it looks like they will do anything to make it happen. Burger is the former director of labour friends of israel. When we look back at Labours refusal to condemn Israel for its bombing of Lebanon for at least 3 weeks, or labours support for the starvation of 5 million gazians in what is known as the largest open air prison in the world. It is blatently obvious that the Labour Friends of Israel pressure group was instrumental in this.

In the days when Ricky Tomlinson went to prison along with Des Warren as the Shrewsbury Two, following them both being stitched up on conspiracy charges, Des Warren wanted little to do with Mr T. largely because at that time Ricky was pro National Front and his views according to Des Warren in his book The Key To My Cell, were particularly aimed at the Ugandan Asians, who Tomlinson described as The New Jews. read into that what you wish.
ReplyDeleteNow I know that Mr Tomlinson has since that time done a reverse Oswald Moseley and is more Labour than Labour but don't be too delighted, the man is neither a born n bred scouser nor an articulate politician. He is very funny but we have enough comedians in Parliament, most of them recently laughing all the way to the bank.
